Revanth Reddy identified key traffic junctions and recommended deploying police personnel alongside automated signal systems.
In a bid to streamline traffic control efforts, Chief Minister Revanth Reddy urged police officers and municipal zonal commissioners from Hyderabad, Cyberabad, and Rachakunda Commissionerates to collaborate effectively. He instructed the holding of monthly meetings to review traffic problems and assess the effectiveness of implemented measures.
Addressing the parking challenges in the city, Revanth Reddy suggested promoting the construction of multi-level car parking centers and formulating a specialized parking policy. Emphasizing the city’s growth, he stressed the importance of preparing a comprehensive traffic control and management plan for Greater Hyderabad, directing consultants to deliver a detailed report outlining responsibilities based on future needs.
